Dr. HATA Yuki’s research supported by the Lotte Foundation was featured in an advertisement in the Asahi Shimbun newspaper

The research of HATA Yuki, Ph.D., Specially Appointed Assistant Professor, Sakeology Center, was featured in an advertisement of the Lotte Foundation (*1) in the Asahi Shimbun on March 22.

Dr. Hata received the Lotte Foundation Research Grants in FY2020 and FY2024.
In FY2024, she will research on “medicinal liquor” as part of the interdisciplinary research at Sakeology Center (see here for details).
