The official website of “Education and Research Platform for Japanese Alcoholic Beverages” in collaboration with the three centers is now available
In September 2021, the three centers, Sakeology Center, Niigata University; The Institute of Enology and Viticulture, University of Yamanashi; and Education and Research Center for Fermentation Studies, Kagoshima University, signed a Collaborative Agreement on alcoholic beverages. The objective of this agreement is to cooperate widely in various aspects of education, research, regional contribution, industry-academia collaboration, and international exchange related to alcoholic beverages, and to return their results to society, as well as to contribute to the development of Japan and human resources (*1).
This time, as part of the activities based on this agreement, the three centers launched the “Education and Research Platform for Japanese Alcoholic Beverages” website. The purpose is to disseminate the culture and science of Japanese alcoholic beverages to the world.
You can see the activities of the three centers, including videos introducing each center and information on the Japanese Alcoholic Beverages Symposium.
