A new English book, Sakeology – An Interdisciplinary Study of Sake as a Form of Traditional Japanese Culture – (edited by Sakeology Center, Niigata University), written by the faculty members of the Sakeology Center, was published by Design Egg Inc. on September 16, 2024.
This English book is newly rewritten by the Center’s faculty members, based on excerpts from the lectures on Sakeology offered at Niigata University.
