NISHIDA Ikuhisa, Ph.D., Specially Appointed Assistant Professor, Sakeology Center, will give a lecture at the Historical and Cultural Lecture hosted by the Citizens’ Council for the Establishment of Shibata Museum on December 3 (Sun).
