Then, students from the Kishi Seminar and those from Florida International University gave presentations on their seminars and project activities, followed by a lively question-and-answer session and exchange of opinions.
The exchange concluded with a tasting of “Rikka no Mori 2024,” the sake that the graduate students of the Niigata University Graduate School Sakeology Program worked in sake brewing during “Sakeology Advanced Practice,” one of the curricula at the Niigata Prefectural Sake Research Institute, and “Junmai Ginjo Ribbon,” whose concept was developed by students of the Kishi Seminar. Participants compared the two types of sake and showed great interest in the different aromas and tastes.
