The tasting of “Rikka no Mori 2024,” the sake that the graduate students worked on sake brewing, was held
The tasting of “Rikka no Mori 2024” (*1) was held at the student-organized “Niigata University Festival -in Furumachi Refuru-” as part of the 75th Anniversary Celebration Niigata University on November 3.
At the tasting, the students, including the graduate students who worked on sake brewing, and the faculty members of the Sakeology Center served the sake.
We received many comments on “Rikka no Mori 2024” from those who tasted it, such as “It was the most tasty of all the sake I compared today” and “I was very interested in the way that students worked on the sake brewing.”

We appreciate that many visitors came to our booth.
