Sakeology Center is introduced on the “KOKUSHU Digital Museum”
The “KOKUSHU Digital Museum,” an online museum organized by the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association, whose members are KOKUSHU (sake, shochu, awamori, and hon mirin) producers from all over Japan, opened its preliminary site on July 20, 2021, and Sakeology Center is introduced.

*The museum’s main site is scheduled to open on October 1, which is registered as “Sake Day.”
