The report of HATA Yuki, Ph.D., Specially Appointed Assistant Professor, Sakeology Center, “Transcript and notes on Fukutoku-sannenshu,” was published in “The Japanese Journal for the History of Brewing” (No.36) on March 26, 2021.

Fukutoku-sannennshu, published in 1801, is a parody of Urashima-Taro, a famous Japanese folktale, in relation to sake. In this report, Dr. HATA Yuki transcribed and made annotations of the story.
