OENOVITI INTERNATIONAL Symposium 2023 – Japan will be held

OENOVITI INTERNATIONAL Symposium 2023 – Japan, organized by ISVV (Institute of Vine and Wine Science), University of Bordeaux, France, will be held from May 11th to 15th at Kyoto University and University of Yamanashi (symposiums), followed by Niigata University and others (optional tour), Japan.

The OENOVITI INTERNATIONAL Network was established in 2010, led by the ISVV, University of Bordeaux, to develop and expand grape and wine science.
More than 60 research institutes, companies, and other organizations worldwide participate in the network, and Sakeology Center has been a member since January 2019.

Symposium 1 will be held on May 11th at Kyoto University, and Symposium 2 on May 13th at the University of Yamanashi.
After that, from May 14th to 15th, participants will visit Niigata as an optional tour to learn more about sake and sakeology at Sakeology Center and other facilities.

The symposiums at Kyoto University and the University of Yamanashi are open to all, and we look forward to your participation.
