“Sakeology Cafe” will be held at Laforet HARAJUKU from February 23 to March 8, 2023, as a promotion to arouse interest and awareness of “Sakeology” under a tripartite collaboration among Niigata Prefecture, Niigata Sake Brewers Association, and Niigata University.
There will be a panel display of Sakeology Center, video presentations on large monitors and tablets, and a mini library for reading related books.
The “Sakeology Cafe” was held in Niigata last month and will be in Tokyo now. It will feature even more displays, sales, tastings, etc., of products related to Niigata Sake.
