From Friday, September 17, “Sakeology – Special Interview with the Celebrity and Persons related to Niigata Sake” will be available on the “LiFE MADE IN NIIGATA” portal site, a promotional project conducted by Niigata Prefecture to promote the appeal of Niigata Prefectural products.
Through an interview with Mr. FURUTACHI Ichiro, a well-known freelance announcer; KISHI Yasuyuki, Ph.D., Vice Director of Sakeology Center; Mr. SAITO Shuntaro, President of Kirinzan Brewery Co., Ltd. (Niigata Sake Brewers Association);  and KANEOKE Mitsuoki, Ph.D., Director of Niigata Prefectural Sake Research Institute on the theme of “Sakeology,” the appeal of Niigata Sake is  introduced.

It mainly targets people living in the Tokyo metropolitan area and promotes Niigata Prefectureral products at “antenna shops” to increase awareness and promote local industries along with lifestyle scenes for a rich time at home in the COVID-19 pandemic.
