ISHIZUKA Chikako, Ph.D. (Associate Professor of the Faculty of Economic Sciences; Cooperating Faculty Member of Sakeology Center), TSENG Kuo Che, Ph.D. (Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Economic Sciences; Cooperating Faculty Member of Sakeology Center) et al. proposed newly-defined concepts of “luxury,” suitable for the specific contexts of locally brewed saké production.
The research result was published in the international academic journal “Luxury: History, Culture, Consumption.”
