A new book, A Fun Introduction to Sakeology (edited by Sakeokogy Center, Niigata University), has been published by KAWADE SHOBO SHINSHA on February 25, 2025 (The linked website is in Japanese).
This book is written by the faculty members of the Sakeology Center and lecturers of the Sakeology Lectures(*) in an easy-to-understand format for the general public.
It covers a wide range of topics such as sake brewing methods, sake tasting, food pairing, comparisons with other alcoholic beverages, sake culture and history, and much more to deeply enjoy sake.
The book is available at any bookstore, including online bookstores. Please take a look. (The book is written in Japanese.)
