The 5th Sakeology Seminar in FY2021, “Reviving sake: a case of value co-creation using rhetorical history,” was held

On January 17, 2022, the 5th Sakeology Seminar in FY2021, “Reviving sake: a case of value co-creation using rhetorical history,” was held. In the seminar, ISHIZUKA Chikako, Ph.D., Specially Appointed Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Cooperating Faculty Member of Sakeology Center, gave a lecture on the research.

Dr. ISHIZUKA Chikako introduced the latest results of the research aimed at deriving a value co-creation model by integrating the use of rhetorical history and service-dominant logic, using the “Yoshinogawa Kayoi” project as a case study.
