The 5th Sakeology Seminar in AY2021, “Reviving Sake: A Case of Value Co-Creation Using Rhetorical History,” was held

On January 17, 2022, the 5th Sakeology Seminar in AY2021, “Reviving Sake: A Case of Value Co-Creation Using Rhetorical History,” was held. In the seminar, Dr. ISHIZUKA Chikako, Specially Appointed Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, a cooperating faculty member of Sakeology Center, gave a lecture on the research.
Dr. ISHIZUKA introduced the latest results of the research aimed at deriving a value co-creation model by integrating the use of rhetorical history and service-dominant logic, using the “Yoshinogawa Kayoi” project as a case study.
