Representatives from the three parties of Niigata University, Niigata Prefecture, and Niigata Sake Brewers Association made a courtesy visit to the University of California, Davis.
The university is situated near Napa Valley, USA, and boasts a world-class academic department in viticulture and enology.
In anticipation of further collaboration with the university, we learned about the approaches the university has taken in the areas of viticulture and enology.
