Joint Research by Dr. HATA Yuki, Dr. KISHI Yasuyuki, and Mr. WATANABE Hideo was adopted as the 2021 Research Grant from Urakami Foundation for Food and Food Culture Promotion

The joint research by HATA Yuki, Ph.D., Specially Appointed Assistant Professor, Sakeology Center; KISHI Yasuyuki, Ph.D., Vice Director of Sakeology Center; and Mr. WATANABE Hideo, Sakeology Center entitled “Elucidation of the significance of sake through sake brewing in local communities” (Principal researcher: Dr. HATA Yuki) , was adopted as the 2021 research grant from Urakami Foundation for Food and Food Culture Promotion*.
