Dr. HATA Yuki’s commentaries on sake and ukiyo-e are opened to the public on the “KOKUSHU Digital Museum”

HATA Yuki, Ph.D., Specially Appointed Assistant Professor, Sakeology Center, wrote commentaries on sake and ukiyo-e, and they are opened to the public on the “KOKUSHU Digital Museum.” The “KOKUSHU Digital Museum” is an online museum launched by the Japan Sake and Shochu Makers Association, and it aims to introduce the historical and cultural aspects of KOKUSHU (sake, shochu, awamori, and hon mirin). It had its grand opening on October 1st, 2021, with the opening of “Ukiyo-e and Japanese Sake” and other exhibitions.
