Rikka no Mori 2025

　　

“Rikka no Mori” is the sake that the students of the Graduate School Sakeology Program (Master’s program of the Graduate School of Modern Society and Culture and the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Niigata University) worked on sake brewing, as part of “Sakeology Advanced Practice,” one of the curriculums, at the Niigata Prefectural Sake Research Institute.
