“Rikka no Mori 2024” is the sake that the students of the Graduate School Sakeology Program (Master’s program of the Graduate School of Modern Society and Culture and the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Niigata University) worked on sake brewing, as part of “Sakeology Advanced Practice,” one of the curriculums, at the Niigata Prefectural Sake Research Institute from December 2023 to February 2024.
